[Echocardiographic findings of mitral valve prolapse].

چکیده
Prolaps mitralnog zalistka (PMZ) predstavlja pomeranje jednog ili oba listića mitralnog zalistka u levu pretkomoru, iznad ravni mitralnog anulusa, tokom sistole, sa ili bez mitralne regurgitacije 1, . Zbog vrlo velikih varijacija u patološkim, kliničkim i ehokardiografskim manifestacijama, ovaj poremećaj izazvao je zbunjenost i brigu kako lekara, tako i bolesnika. Tokom poslednje dve decenije mnogo je naučeno o dijagnostikovanju i lečenju ovog poremećaja, a posebno o razlikovanju fiziološke varijacije od patoloških oblika.
